Wearing Multiple Hats

I continued to be humbled daily by our frontline staff, and today was no exception. I sat down with Holly Johnson and Billy Jo, one of the residents at Capri Gardens in Lewis Center, Ohio. Holly is a Cook, a Nursing Assistant, and above all, a leader at Capri Gardens. I hope this short interview warms your heart as much as it does mine.
