	Ventilator Care Our Ventilator Teams are educated and trained to handle all of your ventilator needs. We provide care for chronic ventilator needs, tracheostomy, and non-invasive ventilators for both short-term and long-term placement.
	Physical Therapy Our Physical Therapists design individual and specific plans to help patients maximize their strength and endurance to regain their independence and general mobility. Our therapists provide an innovative approach to progress patients to their maximum potential allowing for a safe transition to home.
	Occupational Therapy Our Occupational Therapists focus on identifying and eliminating any environmental barriers to achieve independence. They design individualized plan of cares, that focus on the skills required for independence with activities of daily living. Our program specializes in restoring function following hospitalization, or illness, specifically in the areas of bathing, dressing, and home management.
	Speech Therapy Our Speech Therapists develop individual goals for each patient, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of communication disorders and swallowing disorders. Our highly trained therapists provide the skills necessary to regain the ability to eat and drink safely after an injury or illness. . They can also focus their treatment plans on restoring cognitive and linguistic impairments.
	Respite Care Our respite program provides planned short-term and time-limited breaks for families and other care givers. This service can also provide the day-to-day supportive services, as well as social stimulation, engagement, activities and communal needs for the patient.
	Hospice Care Providing comfort for residents and families during end-of-life care, our hospice teams are committed to peace, comfort, and dignity in every stage of life. Our hospice care program is not just for the resident, but also to support the loved ones of those in hospice care.
