Foundations Facility Achieves Deficiency Free Survey with the Ohio Department of Health!

Keystone Pointe received a deficiency-free survey by the Ohio Department of Health on September 28, 2018! This is a direct reflection to our commitment to serving the residents and continuing to improve and set the standard for resident care in the Alliance community. As a team we live out the mission every day, "Making a Difference, One Resident at a Time." We know that the vision of nursing home developer, Brian Colleran, of giving superior care and exceeding the expectation of our residents, families, and community, is at the core of why we saw such great results with our annual survey with the Ohio Department of Health.
