Empowering Caregivers: An Inside Look at Our Annual Nurse Skills Fair

Foundations Health Solutions recently hosted a Nurse Skills Fair for LPNs and RNs from our Northern Ohio facilities. This event was a time of growth and learning as our dedicated Directors of Nursing and Unit Managers provided hands-on training on essential procedures for patient care. Our caregivers received training on a variety of procedures, including peripheral IV start and flush, urinary catheter insertion, medication pass, central line dressing change, tracheostomy care, enteral med administration, wound vac, insulin pen, PleurX drain, and CPR/code.



The Nurse Skills Fair allowed our team to refine and rejuvenate their practice while fostering relationships between coworkers across buildings.
