The Importance of Foundations' Culture of Care

At Foundations Health, our people have always been our top priority. From the residents we serve to the individuals that care for them, we are here for our people. Our teams and front-line workers have continued to deliver the quality of care we promise our communities above all odds. It is important to us to put the same effort into our employees as they do to the care they provide.

Since the pandemic began, our industry has faced a worker shortage never seen before. Foundations Health, however, has been able to keep our facilities staffed in large because of our culture.

Bob Speelman, VP of Business Development and Culture at Foundations Health Solutions, sat down with McKnights Long-Term Care News and shared how our organization has created a culture in which people want to come to work.

“That’s what really has helped us through this whole pandemic,” Speelman said. “I know it, I’ve seen the results.”
