Payroll Specialist


Foundations Health Solutions, a provider of financial and support services to over 50 long-term care facilities in Ohio, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. This position works hand-in-hand with the entire Payroll & Benefits team to support the payroll and tax needs of the companies that Foundations services. Duties include overall weekly payroll processing including various deductions, garnishments and reimbursements as well as 3rd party vendor payments, wire transfers, time clock support.

This position will also support the Foundations team in other tax/financial related areas to ensure success of its client companies. The successful candidate must be effective in time management have a desire and ability to work collaboratively with other departments to improve all systems and processes is a must.

Prior experience processing and submitting large volume payroll is required. Prior experience long-term healthcare is preferred. Candidate must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills. An Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
