Benefits Specialist

Foundations Health Solutions, a provider of financial and support services to over 50 long-term care facilities in Ohio, is seeking a Benefit Specialist to join our team. This position works hand-in-hand with the entire Payroll & Benefits team to support the benefit needs of the companies that Foundations services. Duties include the administration of all employee benefits, wellness, retirement programs, and reconciliation of vendor accounts while adhering to all federal and state benefit guideline.

This position will also support the Foundations team in other benefit related areas to ensure success of its client companies. The successful candidate must be effective in time management have a desire and ability to work collaboratively with other departments to improve all systems and processes is a must.

Prior experience of 2 years in Benefits Administration with a strong understanding of ACA compliance is required . A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
